My nose is straight very very good from the side but from the front its just a bit too wide and i hate the nostrill show. How can i make my nose slimmer? Will losing bf do anything and getting rid of water retention?

Rhinoplasty, cartilage is really flexible so it wont change no matter what you do unless you are at a high bf% or filled with acne.

Rhinoplasty. There is fat in your nose (mostly in the bulbous tip), but not much to cause significant change compared to someone lean unless you are 500kg.
