i have a teeny tiny bump on the ridge of my nose what surgery would i go under too get rid of it or does it not matter?

spending thousands on a dorsal hump aint worth it tbh. you'd have to get a rhinoplasty (either surgical shaving/osteotomy or non-surgical with fillers to camouflage it).
