Not to sure how to pm but I’m almost certain it’s the bone and I’m on Accutane right now and hoping for it to slim it down cause it’s pretty puffy

rhino is the only way, there maybe some diy (do it yourselff) surgeries you could do with a knife but like cant do much ig, if it looks masc thats fine
