i have a bulbous roman nose and its really the only thing cooking my face because of my radix being recessed and making the downward slope look more intense. does anyone know how to slim/straighten. i use clear nose inserts for special occasions but continuous usage hurts.

structural change = surgery needed, good news for you nose jobs are getting cheaper and more common
