Hard to tell just from this, but it doesn't look abysmal. Looks hooked though. Naturally the solution is a rhinoplasty. If you're planning on changing the midface in any substantial way however, I'd hold off until you get that work done since thay might change the look of the midface. If you're not, you should he good to go get a rhino.
