What do I use to thin the nose

Tretinoin? What retinoids?

My sebaceous filaments are too visible, and I get flaky skin on the nose if I forget to put salicylic acid on it and rub in circles every 3 days.

isotretinoin will give you a wrapped look for the time that youre on it, once you stop itll go back to normal eventually

tretinoin can achieve that effect but it takes longer and maybe wont look as drastic.

look into hydrocortisone

From what I read it seems it’s supposed to be effective short term, and less so when used daily but maybe I was using it wrong

My nose issues are very uncommon and unique, my side profile is straight except for laterally flared nasal bridge (not a bump) which makes my nose look slightly chunky from a 3/4 view. My alar base is about 1-2 millimeters too wide on each side, and my nasal tip is somewhat bulbous but not really a failo it’s well projected but not projected enough to look like a female luckily. If I reduced my alar base my nose would look pretty much exactly like Vasily Stepanov’s without his slight dorsal hump.

So an alar base surgery would ascend the nose, but if retinoids also thin the skin overall that could reduce the size just enough to mog

Because that’s my unique situation, the nose isn’t a death tier failo but making it more refined would help ascend me so much as it’s my only failo other than misc
