Nosejob in turkey?

How can you really get a nosejob from someone who doesn't speak your native language as their first language. I feel like thats inevitably going to lead to some unintentional misunderstanding, no? I want to get a nose job that only changes the width of the nasal bridge from the front, which seems pretty straightforward, but I still worry that some half english speaking turk is going to botch me.

Many Turkish surgeons work with foreigners. They either speak the language or you can get a translator to assist with process
