Had a way bigger nose before isotret obviously had very visible blackheads all over my nose and the sides of my nose.

If thats an issue for you also you could just get on isotret and your nose will definetly shrink.

Fair play but in the end it will always be the best option. if your issue is having a lot of visible pores on your nose which definetly will shrink your nose getting rid of them.
