So, I think my septum and nose bridge are straight now.
the problem are the nostrils, I have 3 option :
1) lowering the high one
2) made higher the lower one
3 ) both

what do you think?

Yes. The more time is passing after last Rino ( 2,5 months) the more the nose looks better.

he should just get alarolasty to get symetrical nostril, it's like 20mn under local anesthesia
