nostril problems

Hİ GUYS My nostrils are slightly wide. How can I effectively reduce this? Hardmaxx won't work. If I had the money, I wouldn't be writing here. Can you give me a softmaxxing method you know of?

Do you know of anything stronger than hydrocortisone? I need a method that will tighten it faster.
