Nostril size reduction

I feel that I have a pretty good nose overall from the side it looks like a button nose and front shape is decent but my nostrils flare out a lot and are pretty big. is there any fixes to this?

alright I have mostly clear skin but like blackheads or sebaceous filaments on my nose

yes there is! Hydrocortisone. I’m not recommending it by any means though. it’s not the intended purpose.

what about how to just reduce sebaceous filaments bc wouldn’t in theory that help too i have a lot
