My familiy have always had problems with small nostrils and that makes it harder to breathe out of my nose, but I still do it ofc. And my dad have gotten the surgery to fix it and widen his nostrils. If I choose to do the same will it impact my nose size or shape?

i might get it. surgeon told me 10-15% alar base width can happen

Is it due to a deviated septum? If so then a septoplasty or septorhinoplasty should not widen your nose and make it ugly bro
