same. i had burnout today. but there were worse days. i´d say in 2022 on average i feel 2.5/10. today i felt 2/10. last two weeks i felt 0.5/10-1/10 average. i don´t remember how i felt when i feel good without being on drugs.

same but i try to stay away from drugs. i do take a lot of prescription medicines though
