If you're worried about the side-effects, then get a dosage in mg that is half of your bodyweight (0.5mg/kg) and work your way up to it, eg. 10mg daily for 1 month, then 15mg, until you reach your desired dosage. Work your way down too, DON'T cold-turkey Accutane. This will extend the duration of your course BUT it will significantly lower the intensity of the side-effects and improve your QoL.

If there is a teenage acne victim out there who is reading this, please know that you can make it out of subhuman.
P.S. The grass is a lot greener on this side

You should check your:
- Lipid Profile (Accutane tends to raise triglycerides and cholesterol)
- LFT (Liver Function Test)
- CBC (Complete Blood Count) (CP Auto + PBF film report)
- Renal Function Test
- FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar)
- Vitamin D [Optional]
