Words are not violence, so telling someone “go kill mr x” shouldn’t be illegal. The person who commits the violence should be arrested, but not the person advocating it.

I mean, if it was legal to advocate violence, would the sky be falling? Like I’m asking a question not even joking.

Like many laws, to keep you from doing it. They just think you shouldn't be able to it because it would be problematic to them so they prosecute those who do it.

It also protects you from being hurt too.

One piece fan? Vegan?

Because conspiracy to commit literally ANYTHING is illegal.

Therefore "go kill mr x" is illegal.

Retard.

I sometimes struggle to understand OP on many of his debates.

This completely trivializes "sometimes," really you practically very often "struggle to understand" OP from his debates.

“Go see a prostitute” (said where it’s illegal)

Is that a conspiracy or no?
Okay, my point is perfectly proven.

Basically if this should be illegal, there is no way to reasonably also argue for "you should kill mr x." This is beyond obvious.

Pick one retard.
Except telling someone to do something isn’t intent to do it.
