Words are not violence, so telling someone “go kill mr x” shouldn’t be illegal. The person who commits the violence should be arrested, but not the person advocating it.

I mean, if it was legal to advocate violence, would the sky be falling? Like I’m asking a question not even joking.

Like many laws, to keep you from doing it. They just think you shouldn't be able to it because it would be problematic to them so they prosecute those who do it.

It also protects you from being hurt too.

One piece fan? Vegan?

Because conspiracy to commit literally ANYTHING is illegal.

Therefore "go kill mr x" is illegal.

Retard.

I sometimes struggle to understand OP on many of his debates.

This completely trivializes "sometimes," really you practically very often "struggle to understand" OP from his debates.

“Go see a prostitute” (said where it’s illegal)

Is that a conspiracy or no?
Okay, my point is perfectly proven.

Basically if this should be illegal, there is no way to reasonably also argue for "you should kill mr x." This is beyond obvious.

Pick one retard.
Except telling someone to do something isn’t intent to do it.

That is not the claim. If it is vaguely close to a conspiracy, why morally argue why it should be legal?
Except telling someone to do something isn’t intent to do it.

It would be used in court as evidence.

Are you South Asian by chance?

Ok let's get this over with.

I will now follow you around for a week and you will wonder why I am doing it despite you doing the single most vile thing that a human can do to another human AKA irrationally ganging up.

Make it quick, pretend you're an actual human being and pretend you say "who tf is towncel I'm crine :lul::lul::lul::lul:."

If there was proof that someone said "you should kill mr x" it would be used in court 100% of the time. Simple.
How come telling someone “go get a prostitute” isn’t illegal?

Bumping the thread.

No one was able to explain why “go see a prostitute” is legal, but “go kill Mr X” was not.
