carnivore diet is the best diet if your a lazy person cuz it puts you in a state of ketosis very early on but you have to be consistent with them diet and not cheat to see results do it for like a month jfl it gave me the best results for leanness and bones.

try cutting out the fruits cuz it contains carbohydrates which can disrupt ketosis and potentially cause digestive issues
