I've noticed moderate drinkers gets looksminned
They take the poison but not enough for the body to really start forming antibodies and resistances
It is better to drink ten liters than 1 liter long term
Why do u think average normie looks like shit? They drink 1 beer. Meanwhile crazy alcoholics like Pitt didn't start aging till late 30s and even then kept up chad look till 60.
