How important is it to be on a caloric deficit if you want height growth, while your on HGH, FGFR3 inhibs, lactoferrin and AI, because I want to cut.
I thought about it this way but please correct me if I am wrong:
Being on a caloric deficit is bad for growth, because your Insulin probably spikes less often so you have less IGF1, therefore the HGH is nearly useless except its strong anti catabolic impact, which is also very helpful in a cut.
But if you eat foods with a high glycemic index before and after your workout (So you don't trigger insulin resistant cause of the HGH) you will have a good IGF1 level, whilst still being able to be on a deficit.
=> caloric deficit does not equal less growth but just correlates with it.
This is my exact medication:

This is my exact medication:
- 8 IU HGH
- 15mg of Infigratinib
- 12,5mgs of Exemestane eod
- Lactoferrin
