Genuinely not even a freaking chad can afford to be the bodyfat I'm currently at (currently losing weight though).
It's just a freaking looks destroyer being over 20 percent.
I've never been below 15 percent before (in my adolescents at least) but when I was around 17 percenty girls started approaching me and shit. My face was a lot leaner
So I'm really waiting to just see what being around 12 percent will look like. But that will take at least 5 months, possibly even longer.
Fuck id rather be 12 percent bodyfat and 5'8 than 20+ percent bodyfat and 6'1. I just absolutely hate being like this. Would happily trade a few inches of my height to shortcut the process but that won't happen.
Lean is fucking life. Even chad can barely slay if he is way above 20 percent.
