I would only start to instagrammax after you looksmaxxed and ascended tbh. At least thats what im planning to do. If you are below 4.5 PSL is not worth it imo. Also, what will your followers think, when after 2-3 years you post pictures where you look conpletely different than before. That would be kinda weird and akward imo. Also how is your looksmaxing journey going btw? I saw your thread https://looksmax.org/threads/i-will-have-the-biggest-ascension-in-psl-history-here.128107/page-3 and im wondering where you are currently at? Have you done any of these procedures or are you still moneymaxxing?

Im not even 18 and didn't even finish highschool

Besides really basic stuff like leanmaxxing, Eyebrow dye and skincare i didn't do anything

I also decided to Not do MSE + MSDO because benefit to price and recovery ratio is bad
One concern is my mouth width, after my bimax and Wraparound jaw implant it will look even more narrow

I heard the nose gets upturned through bimax and i already have a upturned nose so that and the mouth to nose ratio could be improved by a simultaneous rhino
