I feel hollow cheeks alone won't raise the looks of most people. We tend to consider hollow cheeks as attractive because they're the result of robust bone growth and low body fat, both the pillars of objective attractiveness (especially for males). Obtaining hollow cheeks alone (say through buccal fat removal) is never a fix by itself imo.
