Why is it when I apply for a job they always take their sweet time getting to my application. I had applied for multiple positions to work with packages and sorting more because places need more workers for the holiday season and it took like 80% of them over a month to get back to me and tell me that I wouldn't be a good fit. Like I'm already applying to work this labor intensive job just to constantly check to see if I get hired to do something I don't want to do for less money than I actually need.

job market is actually cooked. I applied to over 200 positions across various companies, and only got 3 interviews. From there only 1 wanted to hire me.

I got hired at UPS and FedEx within 1 week of applying. Just apply to seasonal roles.
