Whenever I go to sleep for a long period of time then wake up my eyes are visibly hazel but when I come home from school my eyes are less brighter idk tbh

blue or green eyes have less melanin that brown eyes. Sun exposure can cause your eyes to produce more melanin, resulting in slightly darker eye color. but its not a visible change
