Am I the only one that have days where u skip school because you feel too chopped?
Been having 0 confidence lately because of breakouts and hair thinning, probably because I was in a relationship with some foid that was spiking my cortisol and anxiety daily for 2 months

Kinda true I also skip school sometimes because of my looks. But nigga try taking ashwaganda 400mg genuinely after a month it helped me pretty significantly calm down and be less anxious in school, like 50% better

Yeah that solution has struck my mind a few times, I used to take it back in the days, but I was also on antidepressants at the time so I was just feeling emptiness pretty much. But finna try it again now. Thx nigga
