It's even worse when I have an idea of what I want to say in the back of my mind but I get so nervous and autistic that I cant put it into words properly and it's a mess

I’m the same lol I had an incident like that today. But when I said my comeback I was so nervous I was saying it so quietly under my breath.

Yeah, I’ll be standing at a counter or at a register just dead silent as the person does their work. I’d like to think it’s nothing serious but it definitely feels awkward as fuck.

Dude my brain went to mush nt and witty wise from covid and lack of socializing. I used to be able to roast like crazy off the top of my head. it took me 6 months of working a social job to get my back to how I used to be.
