You can be racist to people but you can’t be racist to music. Rap music is usually based on the rapper’s environment, how they grew up and the struggles they dealt with. Not everyone relates to it because not everyone grew up listening to it. Same like how people grew up listening to jazz. causing people to stay away from typical negativity.

exactly, nobody is being racist to black people who create rap, they have their own struggles that they express through the artform, but not liking the fundementals of said music is not racist
