Lactose intolerance is a scam. It's to deflect from the fact that most milk in the market is legit crap, jersey cow milk, extremely high yield with no nutritional value and only A1 protein, and the cow is injected with all kinds of hormones and given a shit diet in horrendous conditions, so not the milk our body is supposed to digest in the first place. No A2 protein rich milk would ever do this.
