Suppose you grab a dollar item in a store and hand it to the cashier. He rings it up and says, "That'll be a dollar and thirteen cents, my sweet-smelling man."

You hand him a dollar and voice, "That's how much the item is. That's how much I'm paying, you old faggot." He reminds you that the thirteen cents are taxes. You insist, "I'm not paying those fucking taxes, hoe! And you can't have me arrested, bitch!"

He's correct! If he paid the dollar for the item that's priced a dollar, the store can't call the police to report theft. It would be the same conclusion if you paid him a dollar and thirteen cents. "That's it, buddy, I'm calling the cops on you."

However. The cops can't arrest you for theft, but the feds or IRS can. But can the cops arrest you for a federal crime? I'm not sure about that law. I would think they can't. And what are the chances of the feds/IRS hunting you down for thirteen cents?

Serious inquiries only. If you have nothing important to contribute to this thread, then stay the fuck off the comments. This shit's about to become a massive thing.

i just use self checkout and skip scanning a few of the items. this helps save a lot of n337bux. i also try and get items that require price look up, this way i can just enter the wrong description for a cheaper item. do things that give you plausible deniability that can be easily explained by human error

But that's theft. If you're going to do that, just become a politician or get a job with the government.

that's my tax for them foisting niggers and wokeness on my reality
But you're stealing from the store. I know you can't exempt yourself from paying taxes with a self-checkout cash register but a cashier, you could. And think about it. If the total of the items comes to $53.19. And you pay the cashier $53.19. You paid the store. They're not responsible for paying taxes on your behalf.
