I did sports before and after puberty not in between JFL my life :feelskek:
It gave me a bad shoulder posture, but didn't ruin me as much as bruxism did giving me fucking SFS

Can confirm

Selection bias

Those who played sports during puberty already had good genetics, and therefore developed well.

Not because they played sports during puberty

We all played sports when we were kids and it didn't make a difference, genetics dictated how tall and robust someone would end up. In high-school many started to smoke, drink, eat junk food, and they were still tall and strong, while I trained hard, ate healthy, took supplements, etc. and it didn't make much of a difference(ok, maybe a little - from 14 to 18 I grew from 5'3 to 5'5 and from 45kg to 55kg, but that's nothing, some kids were already 6' at 14).

while that is true to a degree i still see ppl which could have had potential but aren't structured and are just pussies, meanwhile some eugene that played sports can mog them.
