If you are chewing thinking your actual bone is gonna change then just fucking lol, it's only going to hypertropy the masseters and that's it (also the experiment was only for three months, so you can cope that maybe in ten years your jaw bones will be more square)

adults are not going to get bone changes in 3 months chewing an hour a day

early 20s you can probably get changes chewing hours a day

im 21 and im chewing 1h a day and just going to see how things change
 
prime example of another retard. most people think and give advice on chewing by telling others to chew 2 gum packets for 30 mins every day when you should be chewing hard foods like meat WHENEVER you eat.

need to vhew more than an hour and take stuff that increases bone remodeling

Bone smash(get a tool like a thick pen made out of wood or just ur fist just harder angle and smash ur bones for 5 min light to mid force and then they will numb then do 150 hits each side for symmetry make sure u do this atleast 1-2 time a week also to reduce fucked up skin put coconut oil or som like that (no cooking dangerous oils)this has to be a routine also take calcium magnesium k2 d3 daily ) ur gonials angles ramus and jaw chew 1-2 hours a day massage chewing muscles after(for no tmj) make sure u tongue chew 1-4 hours a day so ur tongue is also strong . also keep incisor chewing to a minimum if ur a beginner don't do any at all since it gives tmd easier so only back teeth chewing or molars for like the first 1-3 months. Also for bone smashing u will get bone inflation but it goes away after like a week or so
also if u press on ur bone and it hurts a little don't bonesmash wait until it heals and feels normal because then ur just making the recovery process longer also ur bones will get bigger and stronger so overtime adapt force like a workout cant be inconsistent its basically like bone workout sounds dumb but if u want go for it
