Is it a good idea to lean out?
Over the past couple years I’ve definitely gained some stubble fat on my face and abs
However I didn’t gain any muscle over these years because I stopped going to the gym
I want to gain my muscle again however I don’t want to bulk at all since I despise it and don’t have time to force feed myself
Is it a good idea to go on a deficit and will i gain muscle if I consistently go gym again?
Also is it fine if i do lightweight high reps on isolations and exclude compound lifts? I want to acquire a lean athletic physique
