Thats persoanlly what i believe. Any advice is appreciated. Open to hardmaxxing but still gayhering funds

I completely disagree with the failos you've listed I'm going to be honest :forcedsmile: only ones from there I do agree with are lips & uee, your skull is fantastic

For lips, the only real options here are either filler or lip flips, but for some minor results consider a plumping lip balm

For your uee, it is for the most part unfixable (volufiline does nothing), but growing out your eyelashes and curling them can help cover up some of your uee.

Your 2nd biggest failo in my opinion is your health indicators, your hair is fried & you've got intense eyebags.

Vitamin C + Carotene in your food & as serums are good at balancing your eyes out, emphasis on Vitamin C, and of course sleep regularly as it looks like you're me sleeping 3 hours a day.

For your hair, consult women & possibly even your mom, I just now realized that I have no idea how to make hair healthier & will be spending the next few minutes or hours researching :p

Please update ifnu find a solution ti hair. I have no clue how to fix it and threads seem to be garvage on reddit and on here.As for the eyebags, i also have no idea how to fix these, as ive lost weight, its only gotten worse and worse. My sleep is surprisingly good, 8-9hrs a noght and waking up and sleeping naturally, bur i wake up once a night every night. I alr supplement vitc 2g/day. And as for carotenoids, is there supplement? Im not going to eat carrots no offense.

Do u have any fix for the sleep. Whenever i run anabolics i always wake up

taking Magnesium glycinate or citrate is the only thing I found online, I'm dissapointed with how helpful i was in this thread, apologies.

Lollll i already take multivitamin n it has magnesium. Its fine. I think u should research more in terms of pharma bc the vitamins is cope imo
