I feel like I've explained this many times, its not like the dude receiving applications is the only voice in whether the person gets in or not. Everyone in the Tribe must agree to a new person being let in. That's part of the bond of trust that we all have. After all, the person being let in will be part of our close knit group and will have access to all our pics. If you want to get in, be 5 PSL and don't piss one of us off, and be a trustworthy person. We have turned people down because they acted like retards in the past.

You haven't ever gotten a rating from me. Generally most other Tribe members fall right around my rating if not higher, tbh I'm usually in the veto camp when we are all split. I rate honestly, but I'm not a dick. I try and give the person tips to improve and I don't mock him. The lowest rating I have ever given someone in general was a 2.5
Probably got around 40 applications in total. Half were 3.5-4 psl while the other half were mid to high 4’s but none high enough to make the cut obviously. We have only let one person in since making the thread and that’s @benisblatt
Tbh this further validates my theory that the average user PSL is in the 3 to 3.5 range, seeing as the Tribe application certainly works as a response bias tool filtering out all the users who know for a fact they don't break 4 PSL.

Most take it well, because we tell them what they need to improve on. Some obviously get extremely rattled up because they believe in their own delusion that they are 5 psl when in reality they aren’t. If you’re in the tribe though you’re at the very least 5 psl confirmed, most of the tribe members are closer to 6 psl.
