No, in order for something to happen you gotta change something.
If you don't change, nothing will happen.
Our initial base (what we are born with) is the main issue that's why nothing ever changes because we are determined from birth to suffer.
If nothing has happened it means the only thing that changed was your mind not what's outside you.
