Ive been dieting for a month, i eat 300-500 calories below maintence, i dropped from 15% bf to 11%, going for 8 in the next 3 weeks.

  • There are no magic bullets. No diet, protocol, pharmaceutical or method is a cure-all and anything claiming to be is a scam.
  • Just because the mainstream media is against something does not inherently make it bad. Think critically and research it yourself, blind contrarianism is foolish. I’m not saying to trust them, rather that “do the opposite of what you’re told” is not a reliable life philosophy, it is the mindset of a child
  • If you are getting information for free on a content platform then you are the product, bear that in mind when consuming any such media. They do not profit from you being “cured” or healthy, they profit from your engagement

I have every reason to believe the primal cope if it were valid, do you think you’ve aquired forbidden knowledge that I’m too stupid to understand? Ideologically, I am closely aligned to it, and quite frankly their aesthetics are appealing. I own a copy of Industrial Society and its Future for fucks sake. I think the manner in which modern society is constructed abominable and fundamentally antihuman.

But the natural world we evolved in no longer exists and refusing to cook your food is a sad attempt at reclaiming the essence of your humanity. I understand why it is appealing, aesthetically. But all you achieve is risking foodborne disease. I’m sorry that you were malnourished or just got unlucky but do you genuinely believe this will change anything or are you just clinging to some vague shred of hope?

If you want lifestyle choices you should actually take from primal humans, you need low chronic stress, frequent social contact amongst a close-knit “tribe”, frequent time in nature, adequate exercise, low stimulation and circadian-aligned rest

i dont follow this diet because i think it will grow me bone mass at this age that's retarded, do not take me for low intelligence.

and this is what i have been doing. i lived a lot of my life sick. i had extreme ibs at 13 years old because i fell for the plant based propaganda, i could not go a meal without stomach pain and other symptoms. i eventually went onto animal based or carnivore, and that fixed a lot of issues and cured the ibs. so please dont tell me "greens" are good for me man.

i dont want to explain everything because it would take fucking forever and i simply dont see the point in it. i do not follow trends or am some kind of tiktokcel, i genuinely adhere to aajonus's protocols and advice or at least best try to because of parents. all i want is the truth, and i saw so many things wrong and colliding.
