and this is what i have been doing. i lived a lot of my life sick. i had extreme ibs at 13 years old because i fell for the plant based propaganda, i could not go a meal without stomach pain and other symptoms. i eventually went onto animal based or carnivore, and that fixed a lot of issues and cured the ibs. so please dont tell me "greens" are good for me man.

Human physiology is variable. You evidently have some form of intolerance if they are an inflammatory trigger. I have never had such a response to them at all, because I do not have such an intolerance, and few people do, but those who do should obviously avoid irritants and find a diet that works without compromising their health.

A cousin of mine was advised by her doctor not to eat a laundry list of certain vegetables due to similar issues, that does not make them toxic to everyone. If you are unhealthy, you troubleshoot to find out why and then remove the trigger or fix the deficiency.

If you scroll up to my first reply in this thread I touched on the idea diet should be tailored for your needs. Someone with a nut allergy does not care about the nutritional benefits of nuts because they will harm them, you know? But does not make them toxic. Don’t eat leafy greens if they harm you. But that certainly doesn’t warrant eating raw meat.

Diet is trial and error. If your diet was something harmless but “suboptimal” in theory then I would actually advise you to keep going if its working for you, because your own bodies response to it is more important than population level studies. But you aren’t immune to foodborne disease and parasites and those aren’t risks you should reasonably accept. Unless you are getting very high quality meat from a farm you can trust with stringent regulatory processes you are at severe risk.
i dont want to explain everything because it would take fucking forever and i simply dont see the point in it. i do not follow trends or am some kind of tiktokcel, i genuinely adhere to aajonus's protocols and advice or at least best try to because of parents. all i want is the truth, and i saw so many things wrong and colliding.

I have a friend with severe gut problems and its a special kind of hell. He’s tried just about every fad diet (including raw meat bs and he got food poisoning jfl) out of desperation but none of them work long-term.

I highly doubt that cooked meat was the culprit for you, it may have been individual intolerances to certain vegetables but again, big difference between cutting out irritants and eating exclusively raw animal products. You can those nutrients from other sources that won’t give you parasites.

Aajonus was ultimately a crank, he never provided evidence for his miraculous claims and they have not been repeated. Do you genuinely think that there wouldn’t be extensive documentation of this stuff in cancer patients and the like ,even if the information was being suppressed? They can’t get illegal drugs, terrorist cells or genuine CSAM off of the goddamn internet half the time but you think “big pharma” magically scrubbed all of the evidence away?

I wish you the best with your health but this diet will have consequences, whether they are measured in weeks or years. But a lack of critical thinking with these matters will be even more perilous to you.

i know you niggas are gonna clown me for saying this but nothing makes me happy ive tried relationships, doing well in school, going out, nothing does anyhting and i dont feel happiness. Someone tell me a drug i can take to make me a robot
