Nothing makes me happy

How do I fix this feeling all my interests have gotten boring, talking with others makes me bored or annoyed, I never seem to win or be the best at anything and any achievement in life I make is always underwhelming. All I want to do is rot online and sleep but I can't cause of school and even then doing either of those things leaves me by myself and I hate myself (How I act, things I've done in the past or present, how I look etc).

I honestly couldn't rate myself accurately as I often go from thinking I look great to thinking I'm subhuman depending on the day
