to think your life matters at all is main character syndrome
things, whether alive or not, don’t matter, theres no difference. what differentiates a living being with a non living one? conciousness, pumping organs, and whatever, but these are all things, and they have no real value
in a outsider perspective , outside the view of any living thing, you’re still just a thing inside this planet, that’s all you are, and your conciousness is just a thing too, which doesn’t matter, it’s just a part of evolution, which is also just a thing, doesn’t matter
nothing matters, existence itself doesn’t matter, theres no biological purpose to this, what will be the point of life and overall existence at the very end? probably nothing, beings are just living until eventually everything ends, or it’s possible it won’t end and things will keep living for no reason at all
