I dont salt my food, been drinking way too little water recently.

Yesterday my total caloric intake was comically low as i only ate abt 200 g of smoked salmon. I have a high t sport i’ve started recently and it puts my body in chock i think making me not have an apetite.

I look like shit rn cos I accidentally added too much salt to my food


I’m on a 2k deficit. I eat 2200k and then lose 1-2k a day

I lost 1lbs every 2-3 days. Within a week I lose 2-3lbs. Once I’m lean ima do what you do
