this "it only hurts because it's true" part of the song actually made me cry because it made me reminisce about the time I was extremely sick and could only attend an online school and while I was attending that online school I liked this one pretty girl,I talked to her everyday for months and we were going very well. But then one day I talked to her about my feelings and a few days I later got bullied and clowned on by her female friends because I was short and ugly and I didn't deserve her. I would talk to my online friends about what happened and they would comfort me by lying and complimenting me but deep down I knew how disgusting I looked.
