I tried every single thing there is i fixed gut health and shit too i still cant get the clearest skin i had which was a year ago then i randomly started to get acne

Did you try sun exposure, like going to the beach, stay a few hours in the sun, take a bath and wash your whole face and body with the salty sea water, this usually works for me...

I get sun exposure(not too much) but i dont use sunscreen can that be why

I don't think so, I never used sunscreen either, but in the summer I usually get much smoother skin after going to the beach for several days, and if I have any back acne it disappears fast.
