How tf do I get out of mtn range

Did primal for like a month nothing changed
Besides masseter growth and now I look bloated all the time (a lil bit of eye support but probably I’m delusional)
Did accutane for skin and I still get pimples
Leaned down from 17% to something like 14% bf and still boneless
Do y’all think chin filler is a good idea?

Scared of steroids because diabetics run on both sides of my family
I think I will just go for surgery’s or some filler that’s why I asked if anyone can give me opinion on chin filler
