Noticeable height results on hgh

I’ve been on HGH for about eight months now, but realistically I’ve only been consistent for around six. I started at 6 IU daily, and so far I’ve gained roughly 1.5 inches in height. From what I’ve seen, though, most people don’t notice significant changes until they’ve been consistently on it for about 6–12 months. everyone glazes HGH but the truth is that it will barely impact your height. a lot of studies show that HGH is literally only for actual midgets and it won't have a significant boost on your height otherwise. the best way to grow if u're in puberty or reaching puberty is to drink 2 glasses of milk per day and go to sleep at around the 8pm-9pm mark. if you already hit puberty your palettes closed and its about over. which I would assume most people on this site have.
