Tried the scale and it said 65.8kg, so it's a bit less, because I didn't really do it on an empty stomach now as I normally would if I was trying to keep track everyday.

I'll drop down to 63kg and that'll be it in terms of leanmaxxing.

Fun to know I've at least applied some of the knowledge here and that it wasn't a complete waste of time.

I guess i would do keto and intermittent fasting. That's what i did in my teens/early 20s. Egg, bacon, vegetables, avocado, olive oil etc.
