I was alone at home today, didnt even make breakfast or lunch, nor did I have meat or Skyr in the fridge

Main component: 2 litres milk and 200 gramm cheese

it is easy. Just fill up the rest with junk, maybe more protein ... depending

But I want to reach 15g Potassium also, which might be hard
And it is giga costefficient for me. 1 Week for the cheese 10€ and the milk is for free. I should make my own cheese

Mirin. Cronometer probably didnt log the PUFAs from the cheese though, it has a bit more. Still good tho. Forever young brah

potatoes or mushrooms are good low pufa potassium sources. Or just supplement
