Now I know that MSE lowers ES ratio

With MSE, IPD increases by like 1 mm when doing a 12 mm palate expansion. While that goes on, the lateral face width increase half of that so 6 mm. This will fuck up my good ES ratio.

Whats ur es ratio. If ur reason for getting mse is the face mask portion then get surgical assist and ur width wont be affected. Gl man.
