The camera makes you look twice as fat as you normally do. I Realised this after I got fat from bulking. When I look at my face in the mirror, it doesn’t look that fat, but when I take photos or videos, it looks like I have twice the extra fat.


So even if you get leaner, you’ll always look twice as fat on camera. The only way to look good on camera is to have low body fat. If you’re 20% or above, it’s fucking over.
