Extremely restricted lats and traps, closest to anterior pelvic tilt and severe forward head posture though not exactly. Probably cause by sleeping on my stomach on a very soft bed when I was a teenager. That’s the conclusion me and my pt came to (and his exercises are the only thing that’s worked so far)uh? explain what do you have?
Cable rows, pulldowns, bow n arrows with band etc.what exercises have you been doing?
