Good sign I’m finally making major progress on my lat/trap issue but jfl at me for letting my dumbass get there in the first place.

Extremely restricted lats and traps, closest to anterior pelvic tilt and severe forward head posture though not exactly. Probably cause by sleeping on my stomach on a very soft bed when I was a teenager. That’s the conclusion me and my pt came to (and his exercises are the only thing that’s worked so far)

No one’s going to believe me, but my upper body is like at least 3” longer when I squat, mostly in the neck because I can’t extend it above shoulders when standing.

Cable rows, pulldowns, bow n arrows with band etc.
Basic strength training for my traps and lats.
Mostly it’s about extending my arms parallel to my body and bringing them up as close to wall overhead as I can to extend ramge of motion.
Usually can’t get very far up
